Document formatter
Pasted text and HTML are processed only in the current browser page. They are not uploaded, saved in browser storage or sent to an AI service. Remote media and active content are removed. Refreshing or closing the page clears the document. Browser printing and any saved PDF copies are under your control. Hosting logs record visits, not document content.
Campaign URL Builder
Campaign URLs and tags are processed in your browser, without visiting the destination or uploading inputs. They are not saved in browser storage. Copy and CSV export happen only when you request them; those copies are under your control. Anyone who receives a tagged link can read its campaign parameters. Ordinary hosting logs record visits to the builder.
AI Agent Readiness Check
This tool evaluates fixed-choice answers in your browser. Answers are not uploaded, stored in browser storage or sent to an AI provider. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. Only a fixed workflow category passes between tools in a URL fragment, which may remain in browser history but is not sent in the page request. Printed copies are under your control. Ordinary hosting logs record visits.
Automation calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Financial assumptions are not sent to our server or saved in browser storage. Printed or downloaded copies are under your control. Hosting logs may record that you visited the tool, but do not receive calculator inputs.
AI Opportunity Scanner
The Opportunity Scanner evaluates fixed-choice answers entirely in your browser. It does not send answers to our server, store them in browser storage or submit them to an AI provider. Closing or refreshing the page clears the results. If you choose a workflow’s readiness or calculator link, only its fixed workflow identifier passes in the URL fragment; your questionnaire answers do not transfer. The fragment may remain in your browser history or a copied link, but is not sent in the HTTP request. If you print or save a PDF, that copy is under your control. Ordinary hosting request logs may still record visits to the tool.
Choosing to enquire
You may edit a results summary and explicitly choose to carry it to Vantify’s enquiry page. The summary travels in a URL fragment, which can remain in browser history or copied links. It is not sent in the page request. On the enquiry page it remains editable and is submitted only when you send the enquiry, under that page’s privacy notice.
What we process
We process the website address, business name, target market and service you enter, public page addresses, limited evidence excerpts and findings. We do not ask for account passwords, private customer information or payment information. Enter public business information only.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the requested website check, maintain your private report and prevent abuse. We rely on legitimate interests in providing a limited public-website diagnostic and protecting the service. A public website can contain personal data; we limit collection to evidence relevant to the checks. We do not use scan submissions for marketing signup, sell reports or submit them to an AI model.
Access and retention
Your report is available only to its original browser session unless you deliberately create a sharing link. Anyone receiving that link can read the report. You can revoke it or delete your report. Reports and guest sessions expire within seven days. Clearing browser cookies removes your ability to access or delete a private report through that session; you may still contact us.
Abuse controls use a keyed hash of your connection address, retained until its rate-limit window expires, normally within a day. This is pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. Hosting infrastructure may also process connection addresses for delivery and security.
Cookies
The guest-session cookie is strictly necessary to keep your report private and protect requests. It is host-scoped, inaccessible to page scripts, and expires within seven days. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this tool.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing where applicable. Contact us without sending sensitive information in the initial message. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Hosting and international processing
Hostinger provides our hosting infrastructure. This deployment uses a server in Singapore; the hosting account identifies Mumbai, India as its backup location. Hostinger may process infrastructure logs and backup copies separately from the live application. Its data processing agreement includes contractual safeguards for applicable international transfers. Expired reports cannot be accessed. The application removes expired records on the next request or restart, with an additional hourly cleanup job. Deletion records retain only a random report identifier and deletion time to prevent deleted reports from returning after recovery. Infrastructure copies may outlast the live report; contact us for deletion assistance. We do not promise immediate erasure from provider backups.
